 When sending in a unit to be tested or repaired, be sure to include a note with your contact information

 (day and evening phone number  with area codes!) or business card.  We always recommend insuring the

 package for replacement value!!!  and KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER!!!!!! You may put any personal id marks

 on the unit before sending it in if it makes you feel more comfortable.  If your unit is not repairable we can

 replace the unit for an extra core charge from $300-$600 core charge. If you do not want a replacement

 we can return your core to you at owners expense. Do not send money order, check, or credit card information
